How to Order:

Simply use the shopping cart feature offered in the web site. Press on the “Add To Query”, button and fill in the quantities required against the item, and press on the “Update Qty”. You may then continue shopping with Add More Items / or simply Submit Enquiry for check out. Whenever you go to: “Submit Enquiry”. You will get a list of all your items, with the total. There is freight charge is not included. This applies to all orders and it will be sent to you by email. Please make sure to put your email address, in the box provided, along with shipping address / telephone number. As orders without this information will not be processed, Shipping details are required for first time buyers.

Order Confirmation:

The order form will be sent us and you will get confirmation of the same within 24 hours.

Delivery Method:

Our company has deliver goods by FEDEX, UPS and EMS, and they are international holding companies than can help us to deliver our goods quickly with more preferential price to lower transport cost for our customs.

Merchandise Processing Fee:

There is a merchandise processing fee charged on each order. The merchandise processing fee covers all incidental charges and includes Door to Door insurance, brokers fee, bank charges, customs charges, which incur at port of dispatch.

Merchandise processing fee do not include any fees (custom duty) charged by the customer's country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all customs fees.

Shipping:

Shipping is done via EMS (Express Mail Service) and Air Mail which is possible for retail orders. The prices of our items on the website are www.derewalainternationaljewellers.com Jaipur, India.

Shipping is done via other transport like FedEx and UPS on a customer choice for retail orders but all other charges like shipping, insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the customer. We charge you as-per-actual for these expenses if you demand shipping via FedEx and UPS.

or wholesale orders, the shipping charges are calculated on basis of city of delivery, total weight of the goods and type of shipping company. When you place the wholesale order, we shall calculate the exact shipping expense and let you know by email.

International shipping charges do not include any fees (custom duty) charged by the customer's country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all customs fees. All orders will be processed depending on the quantity, once the payment is received. If you need some tentative date, you can always write to us for the same.
